Where can my Picnic take place?Valencia is the city of beautiful parks and beaches so that's normally where we organize our events. But it can also be a villa, an Airbnb or an hotel room. Feel free to come up with ideas and, if possible, we'll be happy to make it happen.

How can I book?There's two ways. 1) If you find your desired Picnic on the website click on "Book now" and follow the quick steps, once you're done the date will be yours and we'll get in touch for further details and to share the exact picnic location with you 2) Get in touch with us, we'll answers if you have any and we'll guide you through the booking process

Do I get refund if I decide to cancel the event?Our company does offer refunds if you communicate your wish to cancel the event up to 7 days prior the booked date and time, after this deadline we won’t be able to issue any refund of any services booked. We understand personal circumstances may change so we allow users to reschedule a booking. Users who wish to reschedule a booking must give a 72 hours notice to The Picnic Heaven team prior to the scheduled booking. The new rescheduled date must be within 90 days of the original booking. If you cannot choose a date right away and wish to keep you chances open we can also send you a voucher (equivalent to the paid amount) with a 90 days validity.

What happens if I'm late for my Picnic?As you can imagine there is a substantial amount of work that goes behind the curtains of such an event and we work within a tight schedule to make sure it'll be ready at the agreed time. Obviously we understand that unexpected events can happen so we allow a maximum delay of 20 minutes (even though we ask you to be on time please). After that a late fee will be charged if users are late more than 20 minutes after the scheduled start time. If guests do not show up within 45 minutes of the scheduled start time, the The Picnic Heaven team will start clean up and no refunds will be processed. Guests who are between 20 and 45 minutes late are subject to a 20€ late fee.

Do I have to wait until the scheduled end of the event or I can leave anytime?We kindly ask you to wait until one of our team member arrives at the scheduled end of the experience. At your arrival you'll be provided with a contact of the team member that you can be in touch with at any needed moment. In case you'll wish to leave earlier than scheduled finish time just drop the team member a text and they'll be with you shortly so that you'll be able to leave. It is forbidden to leave the Picnic site unattended at any moment as per our company policy you'll be charged if the rented material will be found damaged or stolen.

Where can I find "terms & conditions"?Right here: TERMS AND CONDITIONS The Picnic Heaven is a luxury picnics and events service. Under this Agreement, I agree to hire The Picnic Heaven as a professional luxury picnics and events service. Cancellation/Refund Policy Our company does offer Refunds up to 7 days prior the booking date and time, after this deadline we won’t be able to issue any refund of any services booked. We understand personal circumstances may change so we allow users to reschedule a booking. Users who wish to reschedule a booking must give a 72 hours notice to The Picnic Heaven team prior to the scheduled booking. The new rescheduled date must be within 90 days of the original booking. Weather Conditions: Rescheduling is allowed for unpredictable and inclement weather conditions. If the forecast predicts bad weather conditions (extreme colds/winds/rain) on the day of your event, we will allow you to reschedule the booking to any future available date within 90 days of your original booking. Please reach out to us at least 24 hours prior to the scheduled booking to let us know you wish to reschedule. Late Policy and Fees A late fee will be charged if users are late more than 20 minutes after the scheduled start time. If guests do not show up within 45 minutes of the scheduled start time, the The Picnic Heaven team will start clean up and no refunds will be processed. Guests who are between 20 and 45 minutes late are subject to a 20€ late fee. In the event that I am more than 20 minutes late after the scheduled start time, I acknowledge and agree to pay The Picnic Heaven late fees. Property Damage In the event that any damage to equipment or facilities occurs as a result of my, my family's or my friend’s willful actions, neglect or recklessness, I acknowledge and agree to be held liable for any and all costs associated with any actions of neglect or recklessness. I agree to leave the premise/outdoor area, and all items located thereon, in as good order and condition as they were immediately prior to my use of the premises, and to pay for any damage plus any additional fees that may occur to the premises by me, and/or invitees. During the duration of the rental period, clients are prohibited from submerging or exposing the rented materials to water, including but not limited to, the sea, lakes, rivers, or any other bodies of water. This prohibition extends to prevent any damage caused by wet materials, and clients are liable for any damages incurred as a result of non-compliance with this condition Waiver and Release of Liability In consideration of the risk of injury while participating in The Picnic Heaven’s services (the "Activity"), and as consideration for the right to participate in the Activity, I hereby, for myself, my heirs, executors, administrators, assigns, or personal representatives, knowingly and voluntarily enter into this waiver and release of liability and hereby waive any and all rights, claims or causes of action of any kind whatsoever arising out of my participation in the Activity, and do hereby release and forever discharge The Picnic Heaven, their affiliates, managers, members, agents, attorneys, staff, volunteers, heirs, representatives, predecessors, successors and assigns, for any physical or psychological injury, including but not limited to illness, paralysis, death, damages, economical or emotional loss, that I may suffer as a direct result of my participation in the aforementioned Activity, including traveling to and from an event related to this Activity. I am voluntarily participating in the aforementioned Activity and I am participating in the Activity entirely at my own risk. I am aware of the risks associated with traveling to and from as well as participating in this Activity, which may include, but are not limited to, physical or psychological injury, pain, suffering, illness, disfigurement, temporary or permanent disability (including paralysis), economic or emotional loss, and death. I understand that these injuries or outcomes may arise from my own or others' negligence, conditions related to travel, or the condition of the Activity location(s). Nonetheless, I assume all related risks, both known or unknown to me, of my participation in this Activity, including travel to, from and during this Activity. I agree to indemnify and hold harmless The Picnic Heaven against any and all claims, suits or actions of any kind whatsoever for liability, damages, compensation or otherwise brought by me or anyone on my behalf, including attorney's fees and any related costs, if litigation arises pursuant to any claims made by me or by anyone else acting on my behalf. If The Picnic Heaven incurs any of these types of expenses, I agree to reimburse The Picnic Heaven. I hereby certify that I understand the above risks associated with this activity and agree that The Picnic Heaven shall not be responsible for any injuries or losses during any event and service. Additionally, I agree to be held solely responsible if my negligence, willful misconduct, or disregard for the rules of activity name leads to damage to others or to The Picnic Heaven’s property. I agree to voluntarily give up or waive any right that I otherwise have to bring a legal action against The Picnic Heaven for personal injury or property damage.In the event that I should require medical care or treatment, I agree to be financially responsible for any costs incurred as a result of such treatment. I am aware and understand that I should carry my own health insurance. Any legal manners arising from this release of liability shall take place in the state of Spain as agreed. Electronic Communications Visiting our website or sending emails to The Picnic Heaven constitutes electronic communications. You consent to receive electronic communications and you agree that all agreements, notices, disclosures and other communications that we provide to you electronically, via email and on the Site, satisfy any legal requirement that such communications be in writing. Children Under Thirteen The Picnic Heaven does not knowingly collect, either online or offline, personal information from persons under the age of thirteen. If you are under 18, you may use our website only with permission of a parent or guardian.
